endless. However, what I have found is that most of the time, we do not have the skills to parent our own children. My latest trip to the United Kingdom left me in awe. I was totally unprepared for the total lack of any form of parenting. As I was observing new mothers, it was clear to me that they most probably would love to be in control of their children, the fact of the matter is that they don’t know how. The disturbing result of this, apart from the fact that most of the time no one realizes that they are solely responsible for raising the next generation; each and everyone end up hating being a mom. They personally know that they are not winning the battle, they also very much aware of the fact that their child plays them like a fiddle. So they end up not being in control and worse of all raising a child no one likes, and everyone look at them thinking “what a spoiled brat”.
