Welcome to Learn To Adult. By enrolling in or participating in any of the workshops offered on this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Purpose and Scope
Learn To Adult offers a series of four online workshops designed to promote awareness, empowerment, and foundational knowledge for building a mentally healthy and functional lifestyle. These workshops are educational in nature and are not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice.
If you are in need of therapy or crisis support, this is not the platform for you. This space is intended for individuals who are uncertain whether they need therapy and would like to first explore the basics of their inner world—brain, psyche, emotions, and behaviors—in a safe, guided, and informative manner.
2. Not Therapy or Professional Counseling
These workshops do not constitute psychotherapy, clinical diagnosis, or personalized mental health treatment. Participation in any of the Learn To Adult workshops does not establish a therapist-client relationship. The facilitator is not liable for any emotional discomfort, triggers, or personal interpretations arising from the content.
3. Workshop Content and Participation
-
The full workshop spans approximately 15 hours and is designed to be intensive, informative, and transformative.
-
Content may include theoretical explanations, personal reflection exercises, and practical tools.
-
All material is for informational and educational purposes only and should be used as a guide to personal insight and self-discovery.
-
Your experience of the content is subjective. The facilitator takes no responsibility for how the material is interpreted or used.
4. Confidentiality and Community Conduct
All workshop sessions and materials are hosted online. As a participant, you agree that:
-
You will not record, distribute, or share any part of the workshop content or participant discussions.
-
You will respect the privacy of others in the workshop, maintaining confidentiality around shared reflections or stories.
