I am a behavioural development facilitator and coach with over two decades of experience in personal development, cognitive-based training, and human behaviour dynamics. My work is grounded in extensive practical training, facilitation, and real-world application rather than formal clinical psychology.
My professional journey began in 2003 when I partnered with Neuro-Link as a Learning Specialist, focusing on brain-based learning, cognitive profiling, and the facilitation of individual assessment processes. This foundation shaped my understanding of how differently people process information, learn, and respond to their environments. After five years, I voluntarily stepped away following a shift in the organisation’s business model.
I further expanded my expertise through training with Inter Trauma Nexus, as well as in change management facilitation and conflict resolution (geskilbeslegting). Across these disciplines, a consistent theme emerged: most individuals lack awareness of their own behavioural patterns, communication blind spots, and the impact they have on others.
My work today focuses on addressing exactly that gap.
I design and facilitate practical, structured interventions that help individuals:
- Identify behavioural blind spots
- Understand differences in perception and processing
- Improve communication clarity
- Navigate conflict more effectively
- Build functional, sustainable relationships

I am not a psychologist, and I do not provide clinical diagnosis or therapy. My work operates in the space of education, awareness, and behavioural change, equipping individuals with tools they can actively apply in their daily lives.
Through platforms such as my “Learn to Adult” channel and my in-person workshops, I aim to make mental and behavioural awareness accessible, practical, and directly actionable.
Workshop Offering
Most people move through life unaware of how their internal patterns shape their external reality. This leads to miscommunication, unmet needs, and strained relationships.
This 4-week workshop (one evening per week) is designed to interrupt that cycle.
Participants are guided through a structured process that develops:
- Self-awareness
- Insight into behavioural patterns
- Understanding of others’ perspectives
- Practical communication strategies
The outcome is not theory—it is measurable improvement in how individuals relate, communicate, and function in their personal and professional environments.
